TAPER :
This mouthpiece is constricted in the middle with a twisted wire core passing through the center. The thick 24mm mouthpiece creates space in the middle to keep tongue free. Flexible as Mullen, but more direct pressure on the bars than the tongue. This light weight mouthpiece is suitable for thick tongued horses.

LOOSE RING :
The loose rings can rotate freely, making the bit more active in the horse's mouth. This can be beneficial for horses that tend to lean on the bit or become ‘heavy’ on the hand. Because the bit is more mobile, it often encourages the horse to chew lightly and seek a softer contact. This helps many horses to relax their jaws and necks.
